Putting Our Mission Into Action

Community Jibe’s Community Impact Program puts our mission into action by delivering direct support, education, and guidance to individuals and organizations serving at-risk populations.

While we partner with organizations to build stronger systems of care, we are equally committed to ensuring those systems result in real, accessible support for the communities they are designed to serve.
